RVZARO operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services offered to customers (collectively, the “Services”). Our store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and other policies displayed on this website, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.

Product availability is not guaranteed. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may cancel the affected item or order and issue an appropriate refund.

3. Vehicle Compatibility and Installation

Customers are responsible for verifying product dimensions, voltage requirements, electrical specifications, and vehicle compatibility before purchasing or installing a product.

Information provided about compatibility is for general guidance and does not replace inspection by a qualified automotive professional. Vehicle designs and wiring configurations may vary by model, year, trim level, and previous modifications.

Professional installation is recommended. RVZARO is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, improper wiring, unauthorized modification, misuse, failure to follow instructions, or installation on an incompatible vehicle, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Installation, wiring, modification, or damage caused by improper use may affect return eligibility and any applicable warranty rights.

4. Automotive Lighting and Legal Use

Automotive lighting laws vary between countries, states, cities, and other jurisdictions. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the installation and use of our products comply with all applicable traffic, vehicle, inspection, and safety laws in their location.

RVZARO does not represent or guarantee that every lighting color, mode, effect, brightness level, or configuration is legal for use on public roads in every jurisdiction.

Certain configurations may be suitable only for shows, exhibitions, private property, or off-road use where permitted by law. The customer is responsible for selecting and using legally permitted settings.

5. Orders

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product availability, suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or listing errors, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the amount charged for the canceled item or order to the original payment method.

Please review your product selection, compatibility, shipping address, and contact information before placing an order.

6. Prices, Payments, and Billing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown during checkout. Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already accepted unless there was an obvious pricing or listing error.

Applicable taxes and any available shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide complete and accurate billing and payment information. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted with your order.

Payment services may be provided by Shopify or other third-party payment processors. We do not directly store complete payment card information.

7. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, including eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product restrictions, and limits on use.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, transferred, or applied retroactively to completed orders.

We may modify, suspend, or cancel a promotion where permitted by law, including in cases of misuse, fraud, technical errors, or unauthorized distribution.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States and offer free standard shipping on eligible U.S. orders unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Orders are generally delivered within 7–15 business days from the date the order is placed. This estimated timeframe includes order processing and transit time.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier operations, severe weather, holidays, address problems, unusually high order volume, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours after an order is placed. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a cancellation request, but cancellation is not guaranteed after processing or shipment has begun.

Products must not be sent to our business registration address or an address shown on the original package unless we have provided written return authorization and instructions.

10. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us at support.rvzaro@gmail.com and provide the order number and clear photographs or videos showing the issue.

We will review the claim and provide an appropriate solution, which may include troubleshooting, replacement, return instructions, or a refund.

14. Relationship With Shopify

Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer the Services.

Purchases made through this store are transactions between you and RVZARO. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for product compatibility, installation, delivery, returns, refunds, or customer service relating to products purchased from RVZARO.

Nothing in this section limits any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify and other service providers may process information necessary to operate the website, process payments, fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and provide related services.

Information on the Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, compatibility, specifications, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, delivery times, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders where permitted by law. If an order is canceled after payment, an appropriate refund will be issued.

Our total liability relating to a product purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim, except where a different limitation is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
